We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our growing team in Jaipur. If you’re detail-oriented, strong at building customer relationships, and have at least 2 years of experience, this role could be a perfect fit.

Your Role

• Prepare and manage proforma invoices and order booking forms

• Maintain updated customer data across FMS, DDMS, and CRM systems

• Handle documentation for POs, invoices, delivery, and payment tracking

• Create debit notes and ensure compliance with internal policies

• Resolve customer queries/complaints while ensuring smooth communication
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience in CRM or customer service (manufacturing/industrial background preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-first approach
