Position: Customer Relationship Executive (Voice / Non-Voice)
Location: Bangalore (Multiple locations – Marathahalli, Whitefield, Electronic City, Koramangala, MG Road, Hebbal)

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 (based on experience & communication skills)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved cases to senior support when required.
Maintain customer records & update databases (CRM tools).
Meet performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, First Call Resolution, etc.).
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (English + Hindi must; South Indian languages are an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing speed 25–30 WPM).
Flexible to work in rotational shifts / night shifts.
Customer-first attitude with problem-solving skills.
