Act as the first point of contact for patient queries, complaints, and feedback
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow
Assist patients with appointments, admissions, discharges, and follow-ups
Handle patient grievances politely and escalate issues when required
Ensure patient satisfaction and maintain service quality standards
Maintain patient interaction records and feedback reports
Support VIP and international patient services, if applicable
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and service protocols
