Position: Customer Support Associate

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Care Associate fluent in Hindi, English to handle voice and non-voice customer interactions. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through calls, emails, and chat in Hindi, English.

• Assist customers with product-related queries, order statuses, and post-purchase support.

• Provide solutions to customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

• Accurately document all customer interactions and maintain CRM records.

• Offer detailed information about SILAII’s products.

• Collect customer feedback and communicate it to relevant teams to improve products and services.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi, Tamil, and English

• Experience: Minimum 0 - 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an ecommerce.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic computer operations.

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and a customer-centric approach.

Annual CTC Estimate:

• ₹1.6 – ₹3 LPA (based on experience and interview performance) + Incentives upon achieving sales target

• 0 – 2 years experience

• Performance-based incentives will be provided upon achieving targets.
