Job Profile:-

1. Manage the post-sales experience and service for premium members.

2. Involved in understanding member requirements and developing their profiles.

3. Jointly prospect and shortlist suitable matches for the member.

4. Represent the member and connect with desirable prospects.

5. Facilitate meetings with only consented and relevant matches for the member.

6. Renewal of membership

7. Maintain a good rapport with customers.

8. Involve counselling the member and ensure the timely achievement of all milestones in the Partner Search process.

What candidate should have

1. A year of relevant customer service experience.

2. Extremely detail-oriented and able to organize.

3. High on Emotional Quotient.

4. An abundance of patience and persuasion.
