Job Description

Qualification – Graduate / Postgraduate (Pass Out)

Shift – Night (Work from Office)

Location - Raipur Chhattisgarh

(1 hour break time included)

Working Days - Mon to Fri

Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining the relationship with existing clients of SGS in USA.

Will work as bridge between SGS internal Team and the clients of SGS.

Would be responsible for all the interactions with clients via emails and calls.

Co-ordination between the prospective clients and various departments in SGS.

Needs to maintain variety of data on different transactions with client.

Reports to Management about the work performed on a daily basis.

Accountable for getting the work completed following the SLAs and TATs of SGS.

Requirements:

Must have 1+ year of experience in handling clients/ customer via emails and phones. (International client/customer Experience is preferred)

Must have excellent Communication skills.

Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented.

Strong organizational skills.

Good Team player.
