Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure the smooth and efficient handling of all sales operations. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between sales, operations, and clients, assisting in order processing, follow-ups, and maintaining client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with sales team to manage client accounts and ensure timely communication.

  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and transactions.

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, calls, and product presentations.

  • Follow up with clients for order confirmation, payments, and after-sales support.

  • Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatches.

  • Handle queries from customers and resolve issues promptly.

  • Update and maintain CRM systems and sales databases.

  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns as needed.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar administrative role.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
