Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Resolve insured queries related to claims and other concerns efficiently and professionally.

• Assist insured individuals in applying for claims reimbursement, ensuring compliance with applicable terms and conditions.

• Work closely with the claims operations team to resolve grievances and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Track claims files, monitor their progress, and submit detailed reports.

• Conduct periodic review meetings with corporate clients and brokers to ensure alignment and address any issues.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.

• Experience in handling complex claims and high-value accounts.
