Job Description:

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain accurate customer support . The candidate will play a key role in improving customer satisfaction and supporting sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries, calls, & handling walking client

• Coordinate with sales and support teams for follow-ups

• Track customer interactions

• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues

• Maintain customer records and documentation in feedback book

• Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM / customer handling (freshers can apply)

• Good communication skills (verbal & written)

• Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, or similar preferred)

• Basic computer knowledge

• Customer-oriented and detail-focused approach
