Update customer info in CRM, track interactions, analyze feedback, and generate reports on satisfaction
Complaint Management: Act as the first point of contact for complaints, track issues, ensure resolution, and conduct lost case analysis.
Customer Retention: Support loyalty programs, build strong relationships, and ensure a positive, shareable experience.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on vehicle features, accessories, and promotions to better assist customers.
