Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions, address queries, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and messages.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service and support.
Maintain customer records and update data in Excel/CRM software.
Provide information about products/services and assist customers with their requirements.
Prepare reports related to customer interactions and follow-ups.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
Prior experience in customer service, telecalling, or customer relationship management will be an added advantage.
