Job Description
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to clients in Australia, understanding their requirements, and offering relevant loan solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to clients and explain services clearly.
Identify customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude during all calls.
Record client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with clients.
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to team performance.
Requirements
Good command of English is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge for CRM and call management.
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Saturday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
