Job Title: Customer Relation Executive

Location: Noida, Sector 5

Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹28,000

Gender Preference: Female

Experience Required: Fresher or 1year

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Week Off: Sunday

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure all client leads are addressed after order placement.

- Maintain client satisfaction through effective after-sales service.

- Collect and analyze client feedback for service improvement.

- Manage client interactions from order receipt to payment collection.

- Address and resolve client queries and concerns efficiently.

- Assist clients with information on company products and services.

- Serve as the primary contact for client complaints and escalate issues when needed.

- Provide proactive support and solutions to enhance client experience.

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in client relationship management or a similar role.

- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written).

- Strong follow-up skills and proactive approach.

- Ability to handle client concerns with patience and professionalism.

- Knowledge of the company's products and services.

- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-centric mindset.

- Availability on calls to assist clients as needed
