Job Summary

We are looking for a CRM + MIS Executive to manage Sales associates communication, maintain plot availability data, and generate plot inventory reports for a township project.

Key Responsibilities

Handle Sales associates inquiries, follow-ups, and site visit coordination
Maintain updated data of all available/sold/blocked plots
Prepare and share inventory sheets, maps, and availability reports
Manage CRM entries, customer records, and documentation
Support sales team with client updates, pricing, and project information
Create daily/weekly MIS reports and dashboards (Excel/CRM)
Ensure accuracy of all data across CRM, Excel, and allotment records

Requirements

Experience in CRM or MIS roles in real estate preferred
Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Data Cleaning)
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Knowledge of plot/township inventory management is an advantage
Graduate degree
