Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a CRM + MIS Executive to manage Sales associates communication, maintain plot availability data, and generate plot inventory reports for a township project.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Sales associates inquiries, follow-ups, and site visit coordination

• Maintain updated data of all available/sold/blocked plots

• Prepare and share inventory sheets, maps, and availability reports

• Manage CRM entries, customer records, and documentation

• Support sales team with client updates, pricing, and project information

• Create daily/weekly MIS reports and dashboards (Excel/CRM)

• Ensure accuracy of all data across CRM, Excel, and allotment records

Requirements

• Experience in CRM or MIS roles in real estate preferred

• Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Data Cleaning)

• Good communication and customer-handling skills

• Knowledge of plot/township inventory management is an advantage

• Graduate degree
