We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at Gautam Modi Group to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries related to Automobile. The role offers an attractive in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Reminders & Follow-Ups
Initiate outbound calls to vehicle owners to remind them of upcoming preventive maintenance or service due dates.
Make follow-up calls after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction and follow-throu gh.
Appointment Scheduling
Coordinate with service advisors or technicians to schedule service appointments effectively.
Confirm scheduled appointments with clients and send reminders as needed.
Customer Communication & Upselling
Inform customers about special service promotions, preventive maintenance packages, or relevant offers.
Handle inbound service-related queries—such as pricing, procedures, or appointment details—and escalate complex issues appropriately.
Record Maintenance & Reporting
Diligently update customer interaction logs, appointment status, and service history in the CRM.
Generate routine reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on call outcomes, appointment conversions, and service uptake.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer queries, solving complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary. The candidate should be comfortable with 6 days working during the Day shift.
