Calling customers particularly HR Managers for their Manpower requirements
Fixing appointments for the Marketing Manager
MIS reports preparation and sending
General Back office support activities - employee enrollment, document verification, ID card etc
Back office support activities - email sending, Appointment Letter, Work experience certificate etc
Coordination activities with head office as well as other branch offices
Since the Job involves multiple activities, give you more opportunities to learn in different domain. If you put 2-3 years work experience, it will give good work experience and confidence to take you to next position of HR Manager both in recruitment as well as statutory side.
