Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive who will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective communication and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups efficiently

Customer Engagement & Support

Regularly interact with customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintain a positive customer experience across all touchpoints
Conduct feedback calls and improve service quality

Data Management & CRM

Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
Track customer interactions and update records
Generate reports and analyze customer data

Coordination

Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations)
Ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients
