We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team to handle customer calls, provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients
Give or support the participants/clients about company products or services
Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to the concern
Provide regular updates and reports to clients on service performance and value
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment
