Key Responsibilities
Attend inbound calls from customers regarding bookings and reservations.
Assist customers with reservation requests, modifications, cancellations, and confirmations.
Resolve customer queries related to travel packages, memberships, hotel bookings, or other reservation services.
Provide accurate information about available services, pricing, policies, and booking procedures.
Maintain customer records and update reservation details in the system.
Follow up with customers when required to ensure complete resolution of their concerns.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth reservation processing.
