Database Management

  • Maintain clean and accurate customer records by updating contact and account details.

  • Remove duplicate files and merge stale entries to keep the database healthy.

  • Log interactions like emails, support tickets, and phone calls into the system.

  • Ensure data safety standards and compliance rules are met.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration

    • Work with the sales team to ensure leads receive fast follow-ups.

    • Coordinate with the marketing department on active promotional campaigns.
