Make calls to potential patients to understand their needs and requirements

Response to queries and issues related to the treatment and services

Maintain database of the patients on a regular basis for follow-up and treatment

Obtain Customer feedback, Strengthen the relationship with new and existing Patients

Multitasking, Good Inter Personal Relations & Public relations.

Collaborate & Coordinate with all user departments in completing the task.
