Shri ladies hostel, a reputed multi chain hostels , is looking for CRM Executive to stay inhouse and perform the below role
Responsibilities and Duties
The role is CRM (Customer Relationship Management) executive and job responsibilities include
• Attend incoming client calls and answer them appropriately with hostel details
• Make outgoing calls based on the inquiry made to us with appropriate details
• Learn and understand the facilities, tariffs, locations of hostels quickly to address all queries
• Making Welcome/Exit of the new/outgoing residents
• Issue tracking system: Daily, log the issues reported form the branch incharges/residents and assign the respective persons to fix the complaints . Ensure followup till closure.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualification:
•Female only (22 to 30 years)
•Any degree
•Thorough speaking, reading and writing knowledge in English and Tamil. Knowledge on other languages like Telugu / Hindi is preferred
• Skills like Polite/warm speaking, patience and handling situations effectively are compulsory
Experience:
•1-2 years of telecalling in Customer handling is required
