We are looking for a customer relationship executive to join our team biosun agri crop science pvt.ltd. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Industry. Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a Working Days ( 6 days ) week during the Shift Type ( day ) shift.
