Job Summary:

We are looking for a pleasant, well-groomed, and customer-focused Female Executive to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. The role involves greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the store, assisting with initial inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, and collecting customer feedback after the purchase to ensure a delightful shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter or leave the store.

·         Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor at all times.

·         Direct customers to the appropriate sales executive or department as needed.

·         Request and assist customers in giving Google reviews or feedback after their purchase.

·         Take post-sale customer feedback and reviews to evaluate service quality.

·         Maintain records of customer feedback and share insights with the store manager.

·         Ensure the reception and entrance areas are clean, organized, and inviting.

·         Assist in promoting store offers, loyalty programs, or new collections.

·         Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate team.

Requirements:

·         Female candidate with a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills.

·         Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (any stream).

·         Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

·         Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business).

·         Fluent in [English / local language].

·         Positive attitude, good grooming, and strong interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to remain composed and polite under pressure.
