1. Collecting and analysing customer data.
2. Using CRM system to manage relationship.
3. Developing new ways to meet customer’s need handling Customer complaints
4. Develop new scheme to attract new customer
5. Customers feedback on review sites.
6. Collaborating with sales service and customer service to improve the customer experience.
7. Manage the tasks and schedule for all planning , mailing analysis and forecasting
8. Stock keeping of our inventory
Educational & Experience Skill
➢Graduation in B.Tech Mechanical and Electrical / Science stream
➢Experience in Back-End Operations / CRM will be given preference
➢Candidates from a field sales background who wants to transition into CRM backend roles are preferable
