Customer Relationship Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Relationship Customer Executive to manage client interactions, provide support, deliver presentations, and conduct cold calling whenever required. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular communication with existing clients.

• Provide complete guidance and support related to products/services.

• Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.

• Deliver product presentations (online or onsite).

• Perform cold calling to reach potential customers when needed.

• Maintain daily reports of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the internal team to fulfill client requirements.

• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Customer handling and support experience is preferred

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp)

• Positive attitude and problem-solving approach

• Ability to perform cold calls confidently
