We are seeking a Detail-oriented and Proactive CRM to manage and follow up with clients regarding pending work, ensuring timely completion and smooth communication. This role requires strong Organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first approach to maintain healthy client relationships and ensure project milestones are met.
Responsibilities:-
Maintain and update the CRM system with client details, pending tasks, and follow-up schedules.
Track all pending work, deadlines, and deliverables for each client.
Make regular follow-up calls, emails, or messages to clients to ensure tasks are progressing.
Coordinate between internal teams and clients to resolve bottlenecks or delays.
Prepare and share weekly reports on pending work status and follow-up outcomes.
