Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Executive to manage and nurture relationships with international clients and buyers. The role involves overseeing export processes, ensuring client satisfaction, and effectively coordinating across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
● Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with international customers and buyers.
● Respond promptly to client queries, issues, and complaints, ensuring high service standards.
● Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the export lifecycle.
● Manage calls, emails, and live chat support to assist overseas clients.
● Handle all export-related documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping paperwork, and letters of credit.
● Liaise with production, logistics, and finance departments to guarantee on-time delivery.
● Monitor and track shipments; provide clients with regular updates on order and delivery status.
● Proficient in Excel and data analysis for reporting and process optimization.
Required Skills:
● 2–5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
● Solid understanding of export documentation and coordination processes.
● Bachelor's degree in any field.
