Customer Interaction: Greet customers, manage inbound/outbound calls for bookings, and provide service updates.
Service Coordination: Act as a bridge between customers, service advisors, and the workshop to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Feedback & Retention: Collect post-service feedback, handle complaints, and manage customer loyalty programs.
Data Management: Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/DMS systems.
Relationship Management: Follow up on service appointments, insurance renewals, and maintenance reminders.
