Customer Support Executive – Facility Management
Location: Pallikaranai
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month ( Based on skills and experience )
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Executive to manage and maintain relationships with our existing clients while also identifying opportunities to acquire new customers. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and supporting business growth in the facility management sector.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure service satisfaction.
Address and resolve client queries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of facility management services.
Build strong relationships with clients and maintain long-term partnerships.
Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
Follow up on service feedback and ensure quality improvement.
Maintain client records, service reports, and communication logs.
Assist in preparing reports related to customer service and client requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of customer handling and relationship management.
Ability to manage multiple clients and respond to issues effectively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email communication).
Prior experience in customer support or facility management will be an added advantage.
