Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Executive with 1–2 years of experience,
preferably from an e-commerce or service/software-based company. The role involves managing
customer interactions, resolving client queries, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining
a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and client inquiries across various
channels (email, calls, chat).
Handle post-sales communication and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Resolve customer queries related to services, order updates, escalations, and platform
issues in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with internal departments (e-commerce, operations, technical, etc.) to ensure
prompt resolution of issues.
Update CRM systems with client communication, case history, feedback, and status.
Follow up on customer satisfaction and collect feedback for internal quality
improvements.
Assist with onboarding and educating new clients about services, platform usage, and
processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in a CRM, customer service, or client servicing role, preferably
in the e-commerce or service industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good problem-solving ability with a customer-first attitude.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho)..
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and handling data entry/reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience in managing B2B or D2C client accounts.
Ability to multitask and manage customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
