We are looking for a dynamic and responsible female candidate for the role of In-House Sales & Coordination Executive. The candidate will be responsible for generating new customers, handling client communication, coordinating orders, and supporting the sales team for PAN India clients. The role requires strong communication skills, inter-department coordination, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email Attend online calls Identify and approach new clients Coordinate with PAN India clients for orders, dispatch, and follow-ups Prepare quotations, sales orders, and proforma invoices Follow up for order confirmations Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments Maintain daily sales reports and order tracking sheets Support the sales team in achieving sales targets Maintain proper client and order records in Excel/ERP Resolve basic customer queries and provide timely updates Build and maintain strong client relationships
Skills Required: Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English) Strong coordination and follow-up skills Basic knowledge of billing and documentation (preferred) Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
