Customer Relationship Associate

Job Summary:

DA AFK Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Relationship Associate to manage client coordination and ensure smooth execution of e-commerce photo shoot projects. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about fashion, photography, and e-commerce who enjoy communicating and building strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients to understand their photo shoot requirements and expectations.

• Maintain communication between clients and internal teams (photographers, stylists, editors, and models).

• Schedule photo shoots and ensure timely delivery of final outputs.

• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and after-service support professionally.

• Maintain client records, reports, and project updates.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Support the senior management team in daily client coordination tasks.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce and product photography (training provided).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).

• Time management and organizational skills.

• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream (preferred in Management, Fashion, Media, or Commerce).

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
