Resolve product or service issues promptly by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering the best solution.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using CRM systems.
Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments (sales, technical, logistics) to resolve complex customer issues.
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
Gather customer feedback and report it to the management to enhance customer experience.
Contribute to team efforts by achieving individual and team targets.
