Job Description

Key responsibilities for an ESP at PVR INOX include:

Customer Service & Sales: Greet guests, handle ticketing, and drive upselling/suggestive selling at concession stands.
Operational Support: Manage daily cinema operations, including maintaining displays, managing inventory with strict FIFO (First In, First Out) for perishable items, and ensuring auditorium cleanliness.
Complaint Resolution: Handle customer queries and resolve complaints within target turnaround times (TAT).
Technical Assistance: Assist with basic projection monitoring, ensuring Background Music (BGM) is on, and managing POS (Point of Sale) systems.
Safety & Security: Ensure safety protocols are maintained.
Reporting: Manage cash, digital payments, and inventory to prevent theft or variance.

Shifts: Rotational shifts, including late nights and weekends.
Key Skills: Strong communication, customer-centric attitude, and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
