Customer Support Executive (Insurance – CRM)

🕑 Shift:

Day Rotational Shifts

💰 Salary:

• Freshers: ₹17,000 (Take Home)

• Experienced (6 Mo – 1 Yr): Up to ₹24,000 (Take Home)

📌 Eligibility:

• Freshers or Candidates with 6 months – 1 year experience in Customer Support / CRM (Insurance preferred)

• Graduates eligible

• Proficiency in English + Any Regional Language (Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, etc.)

📋 Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound customer queries related to insurance products and services.

• Provide clear and accurate information, resolving customer issues efficiently.

• Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up with customers.

• Work closely with internal teams (HR, Assessment, Ops) for escalations and resolutions.

• Deliver a customer-first experience by maintaining professionalism and empathy.

✅ Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills in English + Regional Language (Malayalam preferred)

• Good listening and problem-solving ability

• Willingness to work in rotational day shifts

• Basic understanding of CRM tools is a plus
