Customer Relationship Associate

• Good customer care skills. Maintain a cheerful attitude while answering all inbound calls and addressing customers.

• Answer all customer email inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue while maintaining customer satisfaction

• Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes, and providing troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and other problems

• Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system

• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

• Collaborate effectively with the Sales, Operations, and Dispatch and Account teams in the Execution of Orders.

• Provide all necessary data to senior management upon request and coordinate meetings between departments

• Good written and Verbal communication skills

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• An ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.

• An ability to work independently and as a team

• Proactive.

o   Fluency in Spoken English, and Hindi.
