Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Customer Relations Associate
Location: Whitefield
Experience Required:
Overall: 2-3 years total experience
Mandatory: Minimum 1.5 years in Customer Service or Customer Support
We are looking for only female candidates for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns effectively via calls and emails (Voice & Non-voice support).
Ensure first contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Proactively identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Escalate complex issues to relevant departments with proper documentation.
Contribute towards process improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly Excel reports as required.
Key Requirements:
Domain expertise in customer service processes and systems.
Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong vocabulary, articulation, and comprehension.
Experience in voice and non-voice support (email).
Proficiency in MS Excel for basic reporting and data management.
Strong problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Attributes:
Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., Zoho Desk).
Experience in handling both B2C and B2B customers.
Quick learner with adaptability to changing business needs.
