Position: Customer Service Associate
Location: Chennai
Qualification: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary)
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)
Salary: ₹14,800 In-Hand per month (after PF & ESIC deductions)

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with queries and provide excellent customer service.
Guide customers to locate products and departments within the store.
Operate billing counters and checkout systems.
Scan products and process customer purchases accurately.
Handle cash, card, and digital payments.
Support customers in using self-service checkout machines.
Promote ongoing offers and contribute to sales growth.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 10+2
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.
Basic communication and customer handling skills.
Willingness to work in a retail environment and rotational shifts.
