Balacomm Media Pvt Ltd is looking for a dependable and professional Service Support Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers and ensuring smooth service coordination. The selected candidate will handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, email queries, and regular service follow-ups while maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities: You will attend incoming customer calls and resolve service-related queries in a timely manner. You will track service requests, complaints, and follow-ups, and maintain clear communication through WhatsApp and email. Daily service reports and records must be updated regularly. The role also involves coordination with technicians or service partners and basic data entry work using CRM tools or Excel.
Required Skills:Candidates should have good Hindi communication skills with good English knowledge. Basic computer skills such as email handling, Excel, WhatsApp Business, and calling apps are essential. A customer-friendly attitude, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to stay organized and punctual are important.
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or administrative roles is an advantage.
Salary & Benefits:Salary ranges from ₹13,000 to ₹18,000, based on skills and experience, training support, growth opportunities, and a friendly work culture.
