Provide excellent customer service through calls, mails as required and handle L2 level discussions with customers.

System friendly to update inputs in the system

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English + 1 South language (Kannada / Telugu/ Tamil/ Malayalam)

Should have min 1 + years’ experience in BPO – Customer service experience only

Freshers with excellent communication skills can be hired: Exceptions basis.

5 days working with 10 hours working window (9 hours productive hours with 1 hour Break)

Work Location: Electronic City, TP office, Ahmed Plaza

Offered CTC: 3 Lacs / Annum (25K CTC / Month with Rs. 20170 TH after deduction of PF, Mediclaim, Gratuity and PT)

Freshers will be offered anything between 20 K to 22 K CTC / month with 15 to 17000/- KTH  ( PF, Gratuity , Mediclaim, PT benefits )
