Customer Experience Specialist
Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialists to join our team in Bangalore. You will be the primary voice of our company, solving customer inquiries and ensuring an outstanding service experience. Key Responsibilities
Resolve Inquiries: Answer incoming customer questions via chat, email, and phone.
Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose problems and provide accurate solutions.
Maintain Documentation: Record customer interactions and update account details.
Eligibility Criteria
Language Proficiency: Fluent English and Hindi are required.
Regional Language Vacancies: Special openings available for candidates fluent in Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada.
Education: Graduation is preferred (open to all streams).
Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates.
Age Limit: Maximum 32 years of age.
Job Details & Compensation
Work Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Shift Timings: Day Shift (Rotational)
Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 Net In-Hand monthly (based on experience and language skills).
