WE ARE HIRING – Customer Experience Associate

Location: Sector 63, Noida
Salary: ₹15,708 + ₹2,600 Shift Allowance

Job Role:

Handle inbound customer calls and assist customers with banking-related queries, transactions, and account support while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Resolve issues and provide accurate information
• Maintain customer records in CRM systems
• Follow company policies and compliance guidelines

Eligibility:
• 12th Pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills
• Inbound customer service experience preferred

Skills Required:

• Basic computer knowledge

Shift Details:
• No night shift for female employees
• Night shifts applicable only for male employees
