2) Position : Customer Coordinator
3) Experience Required: 6 Months to 5 Years
4) Salary Negotiable : Rs. 15000 to 20000 PM
5) Job Location : Kathawada GIDC, Ahmedabad
6) Job Description :
Coordinate with customers over calls and other communication channels.
Take regular follow-ups from customers.
Provide proper updates and information to customers.
Handle customer queries and basic communication.
Maintain good relationships with customers.
Coordinate with internal team members regarding customer requirements.
Maintain follow-up records and update the team accordingly.
Ensure timely communication and proper coordination.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Computer.
Ability to handle customer calls professionally.
Good follow-up and customer handling skills.
