Min. 2 years of on paper experience as a Team leader as outbound customer service.

Exp should in Outbound service along with Renewals/upsell will be added advantage

where he has handled a call flow of 100 to 150

As a TL, he should take calls too as and when required

Maximum total experience - 5.5 years (nothing beyond this)

Day Shift & 2 Rotational off

Qualification - HSC
