Lytx, a leader in video analytics technology, is hiring Customer Care Associates for our Bangalore office. As a Customer Care Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, helping resolve queries, providing support, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails

• Resolve queries related to our video analytics solutions

• Maintain accurate records of interactions
