Shipment Tracking: Provide real-time updates to customers on the status of their international parcels.
Query Resolution: Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve complaints regarding delays, damaged goods, or delivery failures.
Documentation Support: Assist customers with international shipping requirements, including KYC, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
Rate Quotation: Provide freight estimates based on destination, weight, and service type (Express vs. Economy).
Coordination: Liaise with warehouse teams and international partners (like DHL, FedEx, or DTDC) to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
