Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives to join our team at Resume Hubs. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, addressing queries, resolving complaints, and providing professional and timely customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls and provide professional assistance.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate information and solutions.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior team member.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Follow up with customers when required to ensure proper resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Achieve assigned performance and service-related targets.
Candidate Requirements
Any Graduate can apply.
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of English is required.
Customer-focused and positive attitude.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Willingness to work 6 days a week.
