Role Overview
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will assist them with product usage, resolve queries, handle complaints, and ensure a smooth experience across our communication platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat queries from customers.
Provide accurate information regarding our products and services (SMS, WhatsApp API, etc.).
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Guide clients through product features, activations, and troubleshooting.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality support.
Coordinate with technical teams for escalated issues and follow up until resolution.
Document customer interactions, feedback, and recurring issues.
Contribute to process improvements and FAQs to reduce repetitive queries.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
0–6 Months of experience in Customer Support / Technical Support / BPO / SaaS company.
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi required; knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and empathy.
Basic knowledge of IT / software / CRM tools is an advantage.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
