HIRING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (INBOUND/OUTBOUND), (DOMESTIC/INTERNATIONAL)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound/outbound calls of customers

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limit

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

  • Follow communication Procedures, Guidelines and Policies

Requirements:

Qualification: Min 12th Passed/ Graduate

Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced can Apply

Age: 19 to 35 years

Location: Thane, Airoli, Rabale, Dombivli
